Long Beach's beach and attractions are about two minutes away, banks and markets two to three, Salamis ancient city and the schools five, and Famagusta city centre seven. Ercan Airport is about 40 minutes by car.

Investment notes

Selaron is sold off-plan with a deposit (35% on the standard plan) and the balance in interest-free instalments over up to 42 months. The project holds the necessary legal approvals, and the title deed is transferred into the buyer's name. We publish a construction update from the site every month.
