D Block
Reinforced concrete works for the basement shear walls have been completed.
Column and shear-wall reinforcement installation and formwork works are ongoing.
A and B Pools
Reinforced concrete works for the balancing tanks of pools A and B have been completed.
After the insulation works, backfilling and the lean-concrete layer under the raft foundations will follow.
C Block
The raft foundation concrete of the second basement level has been completed.
Single-sided shear-wall formwork is ongoing; shear-wall reinforcement installation will follow.
B1 and B2 Blocks
Brick wall works on the ground and first floors have been completed.
Wall works on the upper floor and at roof level are ongoing.
The first plaster coat (scratch coat) has started on the ground floor of B1 Block.
D, E and F Pools
The raft foundation reinforcement of Pool D has been completed, and shear-wall reinforcement installation is ongoing.
Raft foundation formwork for Pool E is planned to start.
Raft foundation formwork and membrane insulation for Pool F have been completed; reinforcement installation is next.

A Block
Reinforced concrete works: All reinforced concrete works have been completed.
The block is being prepared for brick wall construction.
Excavation works for the three pools have been completed.
Reinforced concrete works for pools balancing tanks have been completed.
Following the completion of the foundation preparations, insulation works have started.
B Block
Reinforced concrete and formwork works have been completed.
Brick wall works on the ground floor have been completed, while bricklaying works on the upper floors are ongoing.
Reinforced concrete works for pools balancing tanks have been completed.
Pool formwork and insulation works are ongoing.
C Block
Excavation works have been completed.
Insulation and reinforcement connections for pools balancing tank have been completed.
The balancing tank has been made ready for concrete pouring.
D Block
Excavation, foundation reinforcement, and insulation works have been completed.
The foundation has been made ready for concrete pouring.

Our works at the construction site continue in accordance with the planned schedule.
B1 and B2 Blocks
Reinforced concrete works: Formwork stripping has been completed, and the removed materials have been fully transferred off-site.
Bricks have been received at the site. It is planned to start the wall works within the next few days.
D, E, and F pools: The raft foundation concrete for the balancing tanks of the D, E, and F pools located in front of B1 and B2 had been poured. The wall reinforcement installation works will be completed; then the wall formwork will be started.
C Block
Excavation: The foundation excavation has been fully completed.
Backfilling and finishing: Backfill, grading (leveling), and compaction works have been completed.
Lean concrete: Lean concrete (grobeton) has been poured for the lowest point area.
It is planned to start the next construction activities within the next few days.
A1 and A2 Blocks
Reinforced concrete works: All reinforced concrete works are fully completed. Plate formwork stripping is ongoing, and the ground works have also been completed.
Mezzanine/landing & stair tower area (sendekat): Formwork stripping work for the stair tower continues on the mezzanine/landing. The stripped materials will be cleaned and taken off-site. Then, A2 block will be made ready for wall construction.
D Block
Lean concrete: Lean concrete under the raft foundation has been poured.
Exterior formwork: Exterior raft foundation formwork has been installed. Based on the measurement checks, it was observed on-site that the formwork matches the project dimensions.
Within the next few days, the D block raft foundation rebar installation works will be started.
Pool Area – Latest Status
Last 3 pools: Backfill, grading (leveling), and compaction works have been completed. Lean concrete under the foundations has been poured beneath the balancing tanks.

In the SELARON project, construction works continue to progress according to the planned schedule.
Block B
In Block B2, reinforced concrete works have been fully completed, and final formwork removal is ongoing.
In Block B1, the rebar installation and electrical works for the rooftop staircase towers have been completed.
Block A
In Block A2, formwork installation for the columns and shear walls of the staircase towers is ongoing. On the road-facing façade, part of the beams at the +9.22 level has been completed, while the remaining works continue.
In Block A1, rebar installation for the shear walls and columns of the staircase towers has been completed. Reinforced concrete works in Blocks A1 and A2 are planned to be completed by the end of the month.
Block C and Pool Area
Excavation works are ongoing in Block C. On the pool-facing side of Blocks B, excavation, filling, leveling, and roller compaction works have been completed for pools H-D, H-E, and H-F. Blocage concrete pouring is planned for next week.

Formwork for the top-floor slab completed; beam reinforcement done; final slab rebar installation to start after inspection; concrete pour expected next week.

Axis markings completed and checked.

Wastewater plumbing works completed.
Electrical conduit installation completed.
Stair step formwork installation completed.
Block A1, A2
First-floor slab formwork completed and inspected for mezzanine floor (+5.62).
Beam reinforcement works completed; slab/beams reinforcement completed.
Reinforcement checks completed; beams placed, followed by slab reinforcement.
Overall site status
Ground floors: wall construction to commence very soon after rough cleaning is completed.

Ground Floor Upper Slab Works
Reinforcement installation for the upper slab was completed.
Quality checks on reinforcement were carried out.
Electrical, piping, and box installations on the slab were finalized.
Dimensional and slope inspections were performed by our team.
Concrete casting of the slab was successfully completed.
First Floor Column and Shear Wall Works
Reinforcement installation for columns and shear walls was completed.
Formwork installation was carried out.
String line and reinforcement inspections were performed.
Column concrete casting was successfully executed.
Concrete Sampling
After each concrete casting, samples were taken from the site.
The samples were sent to the laboratory for testing.

Rebar (Reinforcement) Installation – Completed
Steel reinforcing bars were cut, bent, and formed to the specifications of the structural design.
Rebar was laid within the formwork on a grout-free reinforcement mat, with intersections securely tied.
Vertical starter bars for columns were installed and anchored to the footing cage, ensuring correct positioning prior to the concrete pour.
Pre-pour checks were conducted, including formwork stability, rebar placement, cleanliness, and verification of utility rough-ins (plumbing, electrical). All checks completed.
Concrete Pouring – Completed
Concrete was poured into the forms in controlled layers to avoid overloading and ensure even placement.
Concrete compaction was achieved using a vibrator to eliminate air pockets and produce a dense, high-quality foundation.
Curing and Formwork Removal – Completed
Concrete curing methods were implemented to achieve specified strength and durability.
Formwork was removed in accordance with the project schedule and concrete strength criteria.
Testing and Quality Assurance – Completed
Slump Test: On-site workability test performed to verify the fresh concrete consistency prior to pouring.
Compressive Strength Testing: Concrete samples (cubes/cylinders) were collected during pours and tested in a certified laboratory at 7, 14, and 28 days to verify structural strength compliance.

Shotcrete Pour (Grobeton)
A shotcrete pour was performed to strengthen the foundation substructure's water and load-bearing capacity.
The concrete material properties, setting time, and durability were procured and placed under conditions consistent with the project requirements.
Vibratory compaction and other necessary processes were applied to achieve surface smoothness and uniformity.
Foundation Formwork Installation
A formwork system was installed to secure the foundation's shape and load-bearing capacity.
The formwork's rigidity, grading, and surface finish were provided in accordance with construction standards.
Post-installation inspections verified safe operation and correct dimensional accuracy.
Foundation Rebar Installation
The installation of foundation reinforcement was initiated and is actively ongoing.
Rebar placement adheres to the project master plan, considering connections, overlaps, and reinforcement requirements.
After installation, rebar cleaning, tying, and protective measures required by the project are being implemented.

Strong foundations are the most important step for robust structures. The foundational works of the SELARON project are being conducted with meticulous care.
Foundation Formwork Installation
A formwork system was erected to secure the foundation geometry and load-bearing capacity.
The rigidity, detailing, and surface finish of the formwork were ensured in compliance with construction standards.
After formwork installation, inspections confirmed safe workflow and correct dimensionality.
Foundation Insulation
Foundation insulation was applied to minimize heat and moisture transfer from the ground.
A 4 mm-thick felt-type insulation material was used to achieve target insulation performance and durability.
The insulation layer was properly fastened and finished regarding sealability and longevity.

In our SELARON project, the foundational phase has commenced with excavation and site preparation. Ground exploration and safety measures are in place as we progress in a controlled manner.
Foundation Excavation
Excavation of the foundation depth and width was carried out at designated sections to appropriate specifications.
The soil profile was reviewed to ensure safe bearing capacity and prepared in accordance with the project requirements.
Resulting surfaces from excavation were inspected to ensure safe and effective assembly in subsequent stages.
Blocage Layering and Compaction
The first foundation layer, the blocage layer, was executed in accordance with the project methodology and material standards.
To achieve surface levelness and durability, compaction with a roller was performed after laying to homogenize the ground and minimize settlement risk.
Post-compaction, surfaces were checked to ensure the target compaction density was achieved.
