1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Dashad Group (“we”, “us”) uses cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies on dashad.co, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Strictly necessary storage
Some storage is required for the website to work and does not require your consent:
- Theme preference (light or dark) and language choice, stored in your browser’s localStorage so the site displays as you chose.
- cookie-consent — your consent choice itself, stored in localStorage so we do not ask you again on every visit.
- dashad_admin — a session cookie used only by authorised Dashad staff when signing in to the site administration area. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
3. Our own cookieless visit statistics
To understand how the website is used, we record basic, anonymised visit statistics on our own server, without cookies and without cross-site tracking. For each page view we record:
- the page path visited;
- the referring source (for example a search engine or social network);
- an approximate country derived from your browser’s time zone;
- the general device and browser type;
- a daily rotating, anonymised visitor hash, which changes every day and cannot be used to identify you or follow you across days or other websites.
This data is used only in aggregate to improve our website.
4. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
If you accept analytics in the consent banner, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and measure usage. Google Analytics is loaded only after you give consent; if you decline, it is not loaded at all.
5. Embedded content
Some pages include content from third parties. YouTube videos are embedded through the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com, and maps are provided by Google Maps. These services may set their own cookies or similar technologies when you play a video or interact with a map. Their use is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
6. AI chat assistant
When you use the AI chat assistant on our website, a random session identifier is stored in your browser so the conversation can continue across pages. The text of the conversation is stored on our server in order to answer your questions and to improve our service. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
